Terms and Conditions for Escape In Time

Welcome to Escape In Time. By booking or participating in our Escape Room experiences, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before making a reservation or entering our premises.

1. 1. General Information

   • Escape Room Experience: Escape In Time offers immersive escape room games where players solve puzzles, decode clues, and complete challenges within a set time limit to "escape" from a themed room.

   • Location 377 Ngô Quyền, An Hải Bắc, Sơn Trà, Đà Nẵng.

   • Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

2. Booking and Payments

   • Reservations: Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in-person. Advance booking is recommended to secure your desired time slot.

   • Payment: Payment must be completed at the time of booking or upon arrival. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, or mobile payment services.

   • Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.

3. Participant Guidelines

   • Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 14 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult

   • Group Size: Each room has a minimum and maximum capacity, which must be adhered to for safety and enjoyment.

   • Arrival Time: Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before their booked time for a briefing session. Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or forfeiture of the booking without a refund.

   • Personal Belongings: Escape In Time is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available for storing personal belongings.

4. Code of Conduct

   • Respect for Property: Participants must not damage or attempt to dismantle props, furniture, or room structures. Any damage caused intentionally or through reckless behavior will result in charges for repair or replacement. This amount can vary from 50.000-3.000.000 vnd.

   • Safety: For your safety, do not forcefully open doors, windows, or locked items unless instructed by staff or the game design. Any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in removal from the premises.

   • Confidentiality: Participants are requested not to disclose game solutions, puzzles, or details to others to preserve the experience for future players. Mobile Phones or other electronic devices are not allowed in the game rooms.

5. Liability

   • Assumption of Risk: Participation in Escape In Time activities is at your own risk. The company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during gameplay unless caused by gross negligence.

   • Health Conditions: Participants with medical conditions, including claustrophobia, are advised to consult with staff before booking. Escape In Time is not responsible for adverse effects resulting from unreported conditions.

6. Privacy Policy

   • Data Collection: Personal information collected during booking is used solely for reservation management and communication purposes.

   • Ảnh và Video: Escape In Time có thể chụp ảnh hoặc quay video trong trò chơi để sử dụng cho mục đích quảng bá. Người tham gia không muốn xuất hiện trong các phương tiện này nên thông báo cho nhân viên trước khi chơi.

7. Amendments and Updates
   Escape In Time reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be available on our website and at the premises.
