The story takes place in a rural village in 1945, where a shocking incident occurred. That year, the village was thrown into chaos by the mysterious disappearance of five young women. Their bodies were later found scattered around the house of a well-known shaman. What was most disturbing was that all of the bodies were missing their heads and right hands.

The villagers believed that the shaman had killed the girls to practice an ancient ritual known as “Thien Linh Cai.” Enraged and filled with anger, the villagers decided to execute her by burning her alive. However, when they arrived to capture her, they were horrified to find the house in ruins—and the shaman herself missing her right hand. Before dying, she kept muttering strange incantations that no one could understand. After her death, a series of mysterious deaths began to occur in the village, and life became increasingly difficult and impoverished. The villagers believed that she had cursed the entire village before she died.

The story later became a mysterious case that drew the attention of a journalist specializing in supernatural topics. She decided to visit the village to investigate the shocking case from nearly 80 years ago. However, no one has heard from her since.
